3000 Year Documented History
There are only a handful of civilizations that have documented history‘s that spans for as long as 3000 years. Sri Lanka is one of them. 2600 of those years have been rooted with Buddhist philosophy. In fact the first King of Sri Lanka, King Vijaya (543 B.C.), was related to Lord Buddha.
